Connect is an IT solution that improves customer retention. It has been developed by Aquaterra Leisure, a charity who manages sixteen facilities in the UK.
Connect is an easy-to-use tool which provides access to the complex elements of customer retention, enabling managers to monitor customer attendance, target interactions, measure interaction effectiveness, and manage performance.
Connect took 18 months to develop using extensive feedback from fitness staff and field testing by managers. Version 1 launched in June 07 with version 2 in January 08 and version 3 in November 08.
With over 100,000 interactions logged, Aquaterra Leisure has been able to undertake extensive research into the effects of interactions on usage, retention and income.
